Activity review and teardown

We conduct an audit of your website UX, Shopify analytics, Facebook ads, Google ads and ad creatives, with a strong, overarching focus on our Holy Grail Metrics.

People review

We will interview each of your team and agency partners, and present our findings and analysis across people, roles, capabilities and areas for up-levelling. We take your team through our benchmarks and capability process to understand where they are in their technical knowledge of the work they do, and to ascertain what training they need. The strategic goal of our deep dive audit is to broaden our understanding of the business that is behind the platforms and channels, namely your team and in house D2C processes. Our Deep Dive Audit typically takes between 3-4 weeks.

D2C Playbook training

Our project plans manage the delivery of the Playbook across a 6 – 12 week period. It is delivered in person and via Zoom in a series of pre booked workshops and mentoring sessions. Playbook training will be delivered through a variety of media including in person workshops, live Zoom video sessions, Google Docs, Online videos, Trello Boards, as set out to the agreed Strategy Playbook project plan.

The D2C Playbook asset

At the end, not only will your key team members have been through the training, have set up the creative store and performance funnels you need, and be running your campaigns, but you will be left with an asset customised to your brand containing all the recordings and step by step information. This means that future incoming team members will also be able to learn and deeply understand the same system and approach.
